These are the requests that Ueli Steck made when he first came to Karpos, immediately presenting a great challenge to our research and development department. How could we put all these features together? It took years of attempts and field tests. Before achieving the final result, we went to the Himalayas and, together with the "Swiss Machine," climbed to 8,000 meters in search of extraordinary performance. The result is the Lot Rain F-Z Pants, the rain pants to always have with you, on every outing. Whether it's a day of climbing, a hike, a ski mountaineering excursion, or a mountaineering climb, reserving a small amount of space in your backpack for this garment is essential. When it starts to rain, snow, or get cold, being able to cover up and stay dry is critical to maintaining your body temperature. Made with K-Dry fabric that withstands a 20,000 mm water column while offering 20,000 g / m2 / 24 hours of breathability, the pants are very easy to put on without removing your boots, thanks to the side zips that reach the thigh. These pants offer every feature you need, which is why they won over a mountaineer like Steck.
